Remember to Play

As adults we tend to forget to PLAY, or what play even looks like, how it feels to play, how it makes you feel.  Children are the experts at play, and we should take their lead and learn from them, join them and remember what and how it feels.    Pop up Adventure Play shares “Children are experts in their own play and there’s far more going on in play than we can see from the outside.   It’s important that children have the chance to start, direct and finish their play on their own terms.  The sense of magic and wonder that develops through play can be quite delicate, so savour the preciousness of being invited and when you are – join in!” Read their full article here.
